Our weekly program each month includes meditation (How We Practice) every evening, Beginners Mind nights on the first evening of the month (Resources), Dharma talk on the last Friday, interviews with The Teacher on the second and fourth Fridays, and open Dharma discussion on the third evening of each month. At the end of each session or class we share tea and informal social time.
Throughout the Calendar we offer occasional Sunday Zazenkais (Days of Mindfulness) / Koan seminars open to all who have been sitting regularly. Our Sunday program offers a rare chance for some extended meditation time, supported by Dharma talk and discussion or interactive, playful Koan seminar. We bring lunch to share, so these events are a great chance to really get to know your fellow meditators.
