The more I meditate the clearer I become. My life is complex and rich uniting teaching of migrants, an adolescent son doing the HSC as well as a 4 year old starting out in kindergarten, levitating housemates, creative writing and art. Becoming aware of my energy and learning to surf it, learning to understand my greed ( for food, for excitement, adventure) is part of this. View Barbara's Oxherding series
