Our weekly meditation nights follow a pattern of  seated meditation (zazen) for 25 minutes followed by 5 minutes of walking meditation (kinhin). Individual consultations (dokusan) with our teacher, Susan Murphy Roshi, are offered each Friday, and the first Friday of the month Susan offers a Dharma Talk.

Orientation for newcomers is  strongly recommended and is offered at 6pm each Friday; please arrive by 5.50pm to participate.

Please make sure that you always visit the Dana offering bowl and the Facility Fee bowl before you leave.

In Buddhism, the teaching (the Dharma) is offered for free, and Dana (donation) is the traditional way of showing gratitude, both for the teaching and for the dedicated time offered freely by the teacher. The Facility Fee helps to cover the cost of the venue hire.
