why?
The Big Summer Sit is offered by Zen Open Circle each summer at no charge to participants. It is a great opportunity to develop our practice, together. We agree to sit every day for at least 15 minutes throughout January and February, and come together for four online gatherings to share talks and our experience of touching and walking the Way of the Buddha. If you have questions about zen practice, or you are curious about meditation and zazen, here is your chance to join a sangha, develop your practice and find answers to questions. Come along, relax and enjoy your practice knowing that you are supported here by friends and teachers. Welcome to the Big Summer Sit.
