Yes thanks Bob, I found it the other night and sat with the session. It was wonderfdul

Thank you for a lovely sit this morning everyone. It was great to see all your faces and sit together with the magpies. In the break between sits I walked back out to the loungeroom and finished my tea. It was such a good moment. I wrote this short poem about it - --- Do you find

yourself

saying out loud

"oh my god

it's beautiful"

I had unzipped the tent flap to join the sit this morning and there was a magpie in the fire pit right next to our tent. We hd pitched it there to be the flattest spot as we could find .... the magpie was eating something out of the earth there and became very curious about my silent witness

Welcome to the Big Summer Sit

Hi Deborah (and everyone) Not sure if I am doing this right, but here goes... I really enjoyed this afternoon's practice and discussion. I wasn't sure if I would, but I actually very much enjoyed the opportunity to catch up with the group. The only glitch was my internet dropping out about 10 minutes before the end (which, perhaps mercifully, relieved me of any obligation I felt to join the discussion with my own contribution). Next time :) For the record, my second sit was particularly foussed and peaceful. Thank you for this wonderful opportunity and I look forward to meeting again in a couple of weeks. Gassho, Peter
