Dear Big Summer Sitters,
Well, 2023 has only a few hours left to run; the solar new year in our Gregorian calendar begins at midnight tonight. May each of us grow strong in our practice in 2024. May each one be blessed with good health and a safe place on this beautiful Earth. I look forward to seeing you in the Open dojo on Sunday Jan 7 at 4 pm to explore what it means to 'skilled in goodness' and to 'know the path of peace'. And surely it is good, to sit together, in peace, in friendship, acknowledging each other and the place where we are.
